Privacy Policy
Unity Health Solutions, LLC
Midland, Texas
Effective date: October 27, 2026
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Unity Health Solutions, LLC (“Unity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit unityhs.com (the “Website”) or interact with Unity’s public social media pages. Unity Health Solutions is a self-pay marriage and family therapy practice led by Bobbi Dobler, M.S., LMFT-S, Texas LMFT #201351, in Midland, Texas. We do not bill insurance.
This page is about the Website and our social media. It is separate from the notice of privacy practices and confidentiality information clients receive at intake, which governs clinical records. This Privacy Policy does not replace that intake notice.
1. Scope
This policy covers:
- The Website at unityhs.com
- Unity’s public pages on Facebook, Instagram, and Nextdoor, including educational posts we publish there
It does not cover clinical records, therapy notes, or other sensitive health information about clients. Those are governed by the notice of privacy practices and confidentiality information provided at intake.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us, plus limited technical data that helps the Website work and helps us understand how people use it.
a) Information you send us
- Email and phone. If you email unityhealthsolutions@unityhs.com or call (432) 227-0896, we receive whatever you include in that message or call (for example, your name, contact details, and what you wrote or said).
- New Patient Assessment (Microsoft Forms). The Website links to our New Patient Assessment form at New Patient Assessment Form. The form is hosted securely by Microsoft and asks for your contact information, date of birth, and why you are seeking services, so we can prepare for your first appointment. Your responses are transferred into a secure client records system used only by Bobbi Dobler, LMFT-S, where they become part of your confidential client file and are protected like the rest of your records, as described in the privacy and confidentiality notice you receive at intake. Please don’t use the form for urgent needs. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 or call 911.
- No on-site contact form. The Website does not currently run its own contact-form plugin. Contact is by phone, email, or the Microsoft Form link above.
- Comments. Public comments on Website posts are turned off, so we do not collect comment-form data from visitors.
b) Analytics and advertising-related cookies
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics through Site Kit by Google. Google may set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, and referral source.
- Custom events. Our theme also sends limited analytics events when someone clicks the New Patient Assessment link, a phone (tel:) link, or an email (mailto:) link, and Site Kit may record article-read style content events on posts.
- Google Ads. Our analytics setup may be linked to Google Ads for reporting. We do not currently load a separate Google Ads conversion tag on the Website through Site Kit.
- Opting out. You can use browser settings to block cookies, and you can install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on: Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also adjust Google ad settings at Google Ad Settings.
c) Hosting and server logs
The Website is hosted on DreamHost. Like most hosts, DreamHost may keep server logs (for example, IP address, date/time, requested page, and browser type) for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. DreamHost’s own privacy policy applies to that processing.
d) Cookies and similar technologies
- Analytics cookies from Google, as described above.
- WordPress may set cookies if someone logs into the admin area (staff only). Ordinary visitors are not asked to log in.
- We do not currently show a cookie consent banner on the Website.
- Third-party sites you leave to (affiliate partners, Microsoft Forms, social networks) may set their own cookies under their own policies.
e) Fonts and other third-party content on the site
- Google Fonts. The Website loads fonts (Lora and Source Sans 3) from Google Fonts. Your browser may contact Google’s servers to fetch those fonts.
- We do not currently embed YouTube videos, Facebook plugins, or interactive Google Maps on the Website. Social and Maps links go to those sites when you choose to click them.
f) Affiliate links
Our Health and Wellness Coaching Resources page includes affiliate links to outside wellness companies. If you buy through those links, Unity Health Solutions, LLC may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Those partners are separate companies; they may set their own cookies and collect their own data under their own privacy policies. Affiliate links are not part of therapy services, and clients are never expected to buy anything.
3. How we use information
We use Website and contact information to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule appointments
- Operate, secure, and improve the Website
- Understand which pages and links people use (analytics)
- Measure and improve our own educational posts and advertising where linked to analytics
- Comply with law when required
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not sell sensitive personal data.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run the practice and the Website, for example:
- Service providers such as our web host (DreamHost), Google (Analytics / Site Kit / fonts), Microsoft (Forms), and, for clients, tools we use to deliver care or invoices (for example Zoom for video sessions available to clients located in Texas, and Wave for invoicing). Those providers process data under their own terms. Video (technology-assisted) services and any related electronic records are also addressed in the confidentiality and informed-consent materials clients receive at intake.
- Professional or legal requirements, if the law requires disclosure, or to protect safety and rights
We do not sell personal information to data brokers.
5. Social media and the Meta app
Unity uses Facebook, Instagram, and Nextdoor for educational posts about the practice. We do not use client clinical material in public posts without appropriate authorization or de-identification.
A Meta app (UnitySocialManager) is used only to publish and measure Unity’s own Facebook Page posts through Meta’s Pages API. That app does not collect personal data from Website visitors or from people who simply follow or view Unity’s Page. If you interact with Unity on Facebook, Instagram, or Nextdoor (for example likes, comments, or direct messages), those platforms’ own privacy policies and settings apply. Please do not send clinical details through social comments or DMs. Facebook Page posts or comments you make may remain under Meta’s control or Page tools even after a deletion request to Unity.
6. Health information and safety
The Website, email, contact links, social comments, and direct messages are not secure channels for health information. Do not send clinical details, diagnoses, therapy notes, or other sensitive health information through them (the New Patient Assessment form is the exception).
If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call 911 for emergencies.
Clinical records for clients are handled under the notice of privacy practices and confidentiality information provided at intake. Some clinical information may be created, received, or stored electronically; clients are informed about that in intake materials.
7. How to request deletion of your data
You can ask us to delete certain information we hold about you from Website or social-contact channels.
What you can request
- Emails or messages you sent to unityhealthsolutions@unityhs.com (and our replies), subject to legal retention needs
- Other non-clinical contact records tied to a Website or social inquiry, when we can locate them
- Meta app: the UnitySocialManager app is used only to publish and measure Unity’s own Page posts and does not store Website visitors’ or followers’ personal data for us to delete. For data Meta itself holds about your Facebook or Instagram account, use Meta’s own tools and settings.
What we generally cannot delete under this Website policy
- Clinical records and other information retained under the notice of privacy practices and confidentiality information provided at intake, or that we must keep under applicable professional rules or law.
How to request
Email unityhealthsolutions@unityhs.com with the subject line: Data deletion request
Please include enough detail for us to find your information (for example, the email address or phone number you used, and approximate dates). We may need to verify that the request is from you.
We aim to respond within 30 days.
